šŸ” Troubleshooting Login Issues: IT Whitelisting

If a newly invited user is having trouble accessing Shred.ai — for example, they're not receiving their invite email, or they're being blocked when trying to log in — the issue may be related to their organization's security or email filtering settings.

Ask the user (or their IT team) to whitelist the following:

Domain:

  • shred.ai

  • *.shred.ai

Email sender (for invite and notification emails):

  • no-reply@shred.ai

For IT teams: Shred.ai is a cloud-based SaaS platform. Access requires outbound HTTPS (port 443) to shred.ai and its subdomains. No inbound firewall changes are required.

šŸ’¬ Still stuck? Have the user reach out to their IT or security team with the above information. If issues persist, contact OpenAsset Support and we'll help troubleshoot directly.
