Overview
Once a proposal is complete, link it back to the pursuit. This ensures all work and outcomes are tracked in one place.
Steps
Click on the Pursuits tab.
Open the specific RFP.
Click Connect proposal in the top right corner (the “link” icon).
From here you can connect an existing proposal, or upload a new one.
Click “confirm.”
💡 Pro Tip:
Linking final proposals ensures they become part of your searchable Proposal Library.
⚙️ Automatic Pursuit Status Updates
Once a Proposal is linked to a Pursuit, the Pursuit’s status is automatically managed by the system.
The Pursuit will show as Submitted and this field will be greyed out.
The Pursuit’s status now follows the connected Proposal:
When the Proposal is Pending, the Pursuit remains Submitted.
When the Proposal is Won or Lost, the Pursuit automatically updates to Archived.
This ensures that Pursuit and Proposal statuses stay aligned and up to date.
