Every proposal you upload enriches your library, powering more accurate recommendations and reusable content. Shred.ai also connects seamlessly with OpenAsset, allowing you to chat with up-to-date data from your OpenAsset DAM—like project details, employee experience, and even text assets—while you work.
Once you’ve shredded an RFP, you can draft your response directly in Shred using Proposal Studio, turning extracted requirements into a structured outline and a first draft for SMEs to review.
The result: quick retrieval of past proposal content, faster go/no-go decisions, and structured proposal plans, helping your team focus less on searching and more on telling your firm’s best story.

Ask natural language questions about your proposals in Shred.ai, or about a specific selected RFP.
Chat with your OpenAsset DAM data: ask questions about firm projects, people/resume details, and assets to quickly confirm facts and fill gaps while drafting.
Create and Refine Narratives: Craft new content or enhance existing material. For example, you can request to "make this more formal" or "add another paragraph incorporating these 4 data points."
